User Experience Designer. Service Designer. Researcher.

I am Zunaira, a designer and researcher who focuses on end to end product development. I'm currently working as a senior designer at HelloFresh SE, Berlin. My current work is around creating strategy and design, to build scalable warehouse production management systems that handle $15bn in reveneue and enable a higher product complexity.

I previously worked at Samsung R&D, Bangalore. My projects span across Re-Imagining AI & AR experiences for Samsung Mobiles and Camera & Gallery innovation and commercialisation.

I thrive working in cross-functional product teams across strategy and vision, facilitating the Design Thinking process with a collaborative user centric approach. I aim to deliver experiences that are functional, concept-driven, relevant and intuitive to the eye and mind. I am eager to take up new responsibilities and challenges and aim to learn from every single team member.

I graduated in Graphic Design from NID Ahmedabad in 2018. I have previously worked at QuickBrownFox, Delhi and interned at IdeaSpice, Mumbai where I gained extensive experience in graphic design, interaction design and branding. I also have expertise in UI/UX, Motion Graphics, Story-telling and Publication design.
